Assignment Context
A strategic partnership for national water-resources planning and related sector assignments.
WE Consult and PAPAN formalised a collaboration framework for the National Water Resources Master Plan assignment and related water-sector initiatives. The partnership combines technical methodologies and quality assurance with stakeholder access, field support, logistics and local institutional knowledge in South Sudan.
