Technical Training & Workshops
Hands-on sessions for technical teams, operators and community representatives using demonstrations, guided practice and discussion linked to the systems or responsibilities they manage.
PAPAN delivers practical capacity building for technical teams, institutions, Water User Committees and community structures. Training can cover operations and maintenance, safety, governance, reporting, coordination and knowledge transfer.
Each programme is shaped around the participants’ responsibilities, the systems or services they manage, their current experience and the decisions they must make after the training.
PAPAN begins by identifying who the participants are, what systems, facilities or community structures they are responsible for, what they already know and where practical support is needed.
The assignment may include technical demonstrations, operations and maintenance guidance, safety procedures, governance roles, reporting tools, committee responsibilities, institutional coordination and follow-up coaching.
The objective is to leave participants with usable knowledge, clearer responsibilities and simple tools that can be applied in day-to-day work.
The programme can be tailored for technical staff, institutional teams, Water User Committees, community representatives, operators, mechanics and other people with defined responsibilities.
