The structure carries two 5,000-litre tanks and provides 10,000 litres of elevated storage before discharge to the tap stands.
Multi-point tap stands were installed at Abuyung Trading Centre and PHCC to improve access and shorten queues during water collection.
Pipework connected the pumping system, elevated tanks and community collection points across Abuyung Trading Centre and PHCC.
Office space and existing facilities were reviewed for establishing a mini laboratory for water-quality testing.
